This upscale optometry clinic and eyeglass showroom is located on the ground floor of the Elizabeth Building, a Pearl District condominium tower. The Eye Studio captivates passersby with artfully arranged “dioramas” that isolate and showcase glasses frames. The wall of windows allows full views of the interior as well as abundant natural light.

The project won a 2005 Honor Award for Design Excellence from the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and a 2006 first place award in the retail category from the Northwest Design Awards.
