In 2006, DECA Architecture and RAR designed a master plan for the K-12 campus in Taichung, Taiwan. The plan re-organized the campus around a central circulation spine and a series of academic courtyards. It included designs for a new administration building, cafeteria and library as well as elementary and middle school classrooms, a music and drama building and a covered play area. The master plan is being implemented in phases over a ten year period.
