MDW Building

DECA completely transformed a run-down 1960’s office building into high-caliber office space in Lake Oswego with this complex renovation. The 7,000-square-foot building received a new exterior skin, transforming its relationship to the street, surrounding buildings, and the lake shore. Significant structural upgrades, as well as a new elevator and lobby core, improved the building’s long-term durability and usability. New tenant spaces throughout the building allow for natural daylight and views to the lake, while exterior balconies maximize the value of the building’s stunning location.
