Located in one of Portland’s foremost historic landmark buildings, DECA has been working with the Arlington Club to design phased renovations of the club’s major spaces since 1998. The renovations have encompassed most of the club’s major spaces as well as seismic and ADA upgrades of the building. The club’s overarching design vision balances the need to update the function of spaces, finishes, and furnishings, while maintaining the traditional image and character of the building.
